SaaSFactory.ai Accessibility Statement
This statement covers the SaaS Factory platform and saasfactory.ai. The products you build have their own accessibility responsibilities, which sit with you.
1. Our commitment. We want SaaS Factory to be usable by everyone, including people using screen readers, keyboard navigation, voice control and magnification. Accessibility is considered in how we design and build the platform.
2. The standard we work to. We aim toward WCAG 2.2 Level AA as our reference standard. We do not claim full conformance today; the platform evolves weekly, and we treat accessibility as continuous work rather than a one off audit.
3. What we do. Semantic structure and labelled controls. Keyboard access to core flows. Sensible colour contrast. Text alternatives on meaningful imagery. Accessibility considered in new feature design and picked up through our quality processes.
4. Known limitations. Some complex interfaces (builders, dashboards, data heavy views) and AI generated previews may not yet meet the standard everywhere. Third party services we embed, such as payment and verification flows, follow their own providers’ accessibility work.
5. Your products. SaaS Factory builds to reasonable standards, but we give no warranty of WCAG or jurisdiction specific accessibility compliance for the products you build (terms, clause 30.3). Accessibility laws such as the European Accessibility Act may apply to your product depending on your market and end users; validating and meeting them is your responsibility. An accessibility statement template for your product is provided under Terms & Legals.
6. Feedback and help. If you hit an accessibility barrier on SaaS Factory, tell us at support@saasfactory.ai. Describe the page, the assistive technology you use, and the problem. We prioritise verified barriers in core flows.
