SaaSFactory.ai AI Disclosure Statement

This page explains, plainly, where AI sits in SaaS Factory: what it does, what it does not promise, and who is responsible for what. It restates the Terms of Service; the terms govern if anything differs.

1. SaaS Factory is built on AI. Products are designed, coded, tested, maintained and improved by AI, directed by your mission statement and your instructions. The SF Product Owner AI Agent turns a mission statement into features, a tech stack and a working build, and can keep evolving it in the modes you select (terms, clause 20).

2. Where AI operates. Building and releasing features. Testing, including visual tests and AI user testing. Error detection and proposed fixes. AI workers inside your product. AI support agents answering your end users’ tickets. Quality scores. Insights: moat trends, revenue suggestions, competitor monitoring and the Opportunity Engine. Content generation across Growth: websites, press, social, email and brand assets.

3. What AI does not promise. AI output can be wrong, incomplete, insecure or similar to output generated for other customers. It carries no warranty and is not legal, financial, medical or professional advice. Quality scores and insights are indicators, never guarantees (terms, clauses 18, 19 and 36 to 38).

4. Your role. You review and approve before going live. Approving and publishing is your acceptance. You scope and test AI workers before publishing them, and you are responsible for what runs under your product’s name, including AI support answers built from your knowledge base (terms, clauses 18, 22 and 42).

5. Autonomy is your choice. Maintain and Perfect modes, auto build from feedback, and goal focused connector runs act autonomously only because you switched them on. Your balance and auto top up settings are your spend controls, and Off is always available (terms, clauses 20, 26 and 27).

6. Model providers. Our current AI providers are listed under Terms & Legals, Sub-processors. We may change providers, and we are not liable for third party AI provider failures; affected features pause to a safe state and resume on recovery (terms, clause 24).

7. Your data and AI. We do not train AI models on data that identifies you. Fleet insights are built only from anonymised, aggregated data with minimum aggregation thresholds (terms, clause 36).

8. Your end users. Your end user terms must disclose AI use in your product, including AI workers and AI support. A flow down template is provided under Terms & Legals (terms, clause 15.2).
