SaaSFactory.ai Cookie Policy
This policy explains how SaaS Factory uses cookies and similar technologies on saasfactory.ai and inside the platform. It covers our own sites, not the products you build; your product needs its own cookie policy, and a template is provided in Terms & Legals.
1. What cookies are. Small files stored on your device that let a site recognise your browser. Similar technologies (local storage, pixels) are covered by this policy too.
2. Essential cookies, always on. These make the platform work and need no consent: signing you in and keeping your session secure, remembering your workspace, protecting against fraud and abuse, and balancing load across our infrastructure. Blocking these breaks the platform.
3. Functional cookies. Remember your preferences, such as display settings and dismissed notices. Used only to make your experience smoother.
4. Analytics cookies, consent based. Help us understand how the platform is used so we can improve it. Set only with your consent where your region requires it, via the consent banner. Analytics data is used by us for product improvement, not sold.
5. No advertising cookies. We do not run third party advertising cookies or cross site tracking on the platform.
6. Third party cookies. Some essential services set their own cookies when you use them, most notably Stripe for payments and fraud prevention, under Stripe’s own policies.
7. Managing cookies. Change your choices any time via the cookie settings in the platform, or block cookies in your browser. Blocking essential cookies will stop the platform working properly.
8. Changes. Updates to this policy are posted here; material changes follow the notice process in our terms.
