SaaS-Factory.ai Privacy Policy
This policy explains what agentOS Proptech Group Ltd, trading as SaaSFactory.ai (“SaaS Factory”, “we”, “us”) collects about you, our customer, and why. For the personal data inside your product, you are the controller and we process it under our Data Processing Agreement, not this policy.
1. Who we are. agentOS Proptech Group Ltd (company number 05409547), registered office 13 Lambourne Crescent, Llanishen, Cardiff, Wales, CF14 5GF, is the data controller for your account data. Contact: support@saas-factory.ai
2. What we collect. Your account details (name, email, password or SSO identity). Your business declaration, including tax IDs. Identity verification (KYC) data, processed with Stripe. Balance, billing and transaction records. Usage and activity data linked to your sign in, as disclosed in our terms. Support tickets, feedback and any screenshots you choose to share.
3. Why we use it. To run your account and provide the platform (contract). To meet legal duties: KYC, sanctions screening, tax and financial record keeping (legal obligation). To keep the platform secure, prevent fraud and abuse, monitor usage and improve the service (legitimate interests).
4. What we never do. We do not sell your data. We do not train AI models on data that identifies you; fleet insights are built only from anonymised, aggregated data with minimum aggregation thresholds.
5. Who we share with. Our sub processors, under contract; the current list is published in your SaaS Factory account under Terms & Legals, Sub-processors. Stripe, for payments and verification, under Stripe’s own privacy policy. Griffin Bank, for client money handling. Authorities, where the law requires it.
6. Where your data lives. Your product’s data is stored in the region you select. Where data crosses borders, transfers are protected by the UK IDTA and EU Standard Contractual Clauses, or adequacy decisions.
7. How long we keep it. Account data while your account is active, then deleted within the windows in our terms. Financial, tax and compliance records are kept for their legal retention periods and cannot be deleted on request.
8. Your rights. You can ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction or a copy of your data, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. Email support@saas-factory.ai. You can complain to the ICO (UK) or your local data protection authority.
9. Marketing. We send service notices as part of running your account. Marketing emails only ever come with a working unsubscribe, honoured immediately.
10. Changes. Material changes to this policy follow the same in app notice and acceptance flow as our terms.
