SaaSFactory.ai Refund Policy
This policy explains what is and is not refundable on SaaS Factory. Clause numbers refer to the Terms of Service. Nothing here removes rights that applicable law does not allow a business to exclude.
1. Monthly subscriptions. Cancel any time. Your subscription runs to the end of the paid month; there is no refund for the remainder of a month (clause 7.4).
2. Annual subscriptions. Paid up front at a discount and non refundable. The price is locked for the year, and the plan renews annually unless cancelled at least 30 days before renewal (clause 7.3).
3. Metered usage and balance. SaaS Factory is prepaid. Metered usage is consumed by each action based on effort and resources used, even where the output is erroneous, incomplete or must be regenerated. Consumed usage is not restored, re credited or refunded (clause 8.4). Lead sourcing consumption is non refundable (clause 34.3).
4. Build for me. Your instructions are the specification. Delivered as instructed = no refund, even if the result was not what you expected. If we attempt a build and cannot deliver it, we refund our reasonable estimate of the consumption used in the attempt, credited to your balance (clause 25).
5. Unused balance. Withdrawals from your balance are available subject to a 24 hour hold and money laundering checks; a withdrawal that would take your balance negative fails rather than completes (clause 11.8).
6. Your end users’ money. Funds we hold from your product’s sales are yours, held on trust. On exit or termination, they are returned minus fees, set offs and the exit reserve (10% of monthly run rate, held 120 days for late chargebacks), after money laundering and sanctions clearance, and always as permitted by law (clauses 12, 13 and 58.2).
7. Refunds you give your end users. Those follow your refund policy, which you must publish (clause 15.1). The payment processing fee is not returned on a refund, and dispute and refund costs can arrive up to 180 days after a transaction (clause 13.3).
8. How refunds are paid. Refunds are made in the original amount and currency charged. We do not compensate exchange rate differences (clause 7.2).
9. Termination for cause. Fees already paid are earned and kept. Sanctions breaches carry no refund of fees (clauses 5.4 and 58.2).
10. Questions. Contact support@saasfactory.ai before raising a card dispute; a chargeback against our fees without contacting support first is a breach of the terms (clause 7.6).
