SaaSFactory.ai Service Status
This page explains how we report platform health and incidents. Live status is shown below; this text describes what you are looking at.
1. What this page shows. Current platform status, active incidents, and recent incident history. Status covers the platform as a whole: building, serving products, payments processing and the SaaS Factory application.
2. Status levels. Operational: everything working normally. Degraded: the platform is up but something is slow or partially affected. Incident: a fault is affecting products or the platform; we are working on it. Maintenance: planned work, notified in advance where practicable.
3. During an incident. We post what we know, what is affected, and updates as the picture changes, until resolved. Incidents are worked continuously and prioritised by impact (Service Level Agreement, section 4).
4. What this page does not cover. Your product being offline for reasons on your side: an exhausted balance (the most common cause), broken DNS on your domain, expired third party connections, or a release of yours that failed. Check your balance and activity log first (terms, clauses 11 and 23). Third party providers publish their own status pages for their services.
5. After an incident. Significant incidents get a short post incident summary here: what happened, impact, and what we changed.
6. Availability context. Our availability target and its exclusions are set out in the Service Level Agreement tab. This page is the live view against that target.
