SaaSFactory.ai Sub-processors
This page lists the third parties we use to deliver SaaS Factory that may process data in doing so. It forms part of our DPA. We give 30 days’ notice of additions or replacements; if you object on reasonable data protection grounds and we cannot resolve it, you may terminate the affected product and export your data (DPA, section 5).
Infrastructure
- Vercel — hosting and delivery of products and marketing websites — region per your product’s selected data region
- Neon — product databases — region per your product’s selected data region
- Temporal — background jobs and workflow processing — United States/EU
- GitHub — code repositories and build pipelines (including replatform imports you connect) — United States
Payments and money
- Stripe — payments, billing, KYC/KYB verification, fraud prevention — United States and Ireland; verification data processed under Stripe’s own privacy policy
- Griffin Bank — client money safeguarding in segregated accounts — United Kingdom
AI
- Anthropic — AI models powering builds, the PO Agent, AI workers and AI support — United States. We may change AI model providers; the current provider always appears on this page (terms, clause 24)
Communications and growth
- Resend — outbound and inbound product email — United States
- Explorium — B2B lead sourcing data (Vibe Prospecting) — United States and Israel
- GoDaddy — domain registration where you register through SaaS Factory — United States
Transfers. Where a sub processor processes data outside your selected region, transfers are protected by the UK IDTA and EU Standard Contractual Clauses, or adequacy decisions (DPA, section 6).
