1. Purpose
This Acceptable Use Policy sets out what you may and may not do with the Service. It supplements the Terms of Service and applies to the Customer and all End Users.
2. Prohibited Content
You must not upload, store or transmit content that is unlawful, defamatory, infringing, malicious, or that violates the privacy or rights of others.
3. Prohibited Activities
You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service or related systems, probe or test vulnerabilities without authorisation, interfere with service to other users, or use the Service to send spam or distribute malware.
4. Fair Use
Where the Service is offered on a fair-use basis, you must not place an unreasonable burden on shared infrastructure. We may apply rate limits to protect availability for all customers.
5. Enforcement
We may investigate suspected breaches and suspend or terminate access where necessary to protect the Service or other users. Serious or repeated breaches may result in termination without refund.
